Weapons are equipable items that provides ATK and HP to the player's team. It's possible to equip one main weapon and up to 9 sub-weapons. Weapons that match the active Soul's favourite type gives an extra 20% ATK and HP on top of what it usually gives to her. For Kamihime, the bonus only applies to ATK.

## Main Weapon Edit

The main weapon determines the Soul's element as well as the Burst damage. SSR weapons also applies an effect during Burst (e.g.: ATK↓ to enemies). This is limited by the weapon type that each Soul is allowed, and so it is a good idea to keep rare weapons of different types and elements, to allow the player to use any Soul with any elemental composition.

There are 9 types of weapons:

## Bonus PointsEdit

Occasionally, Weapons or Eidolons may arise from Gacha draws, with a +1 orange number inscribed on them. These bonuses can be transferred to other weapons, Eidolons or Kamihime by using the one bearing it as modification fodder. Each + increases Attack power by 3 and HP by 1. The maximum bonus is +99 for +297 Attack and +99 HP. Note that these bonuses are best left on weapons and eidolons since they'll buff the entire team instead of a single Kamihime.

## Enhancing Edit

### Level Edit

Weapons can only be enhanced through the Enhance system. Using another Weapon of the same Type will increase its EXP provision by 50%. Enhance-Material Weapons are demarcated with a text overlay on their image.

Note: Element has no effect on this, only its type.

### Limit Breaking Edit

Weapons can have their Level limit raised by Limit Breaking them with an identically named Weapon.

The level limits of the various rarities are as follows:

Limit Breaking weapons to their maximum level will increase the Burst ability's power for that weapon when equipped as the Main weapon of a Soul.

In terms of relative power, a 3★R(lvl60) is approximately equivalent to a 1★SR(lvl55) and 0★SSR(lvl50) weapon in total stats. However, the 3★R will have a buffed Burst ability the other two lack, while the higher rarity types will have stronger weapon skills. This makes fully upgraded R elemental weapons (one per element) a good choice for the main weapon of the Soul, and SR/SSR weapons of lower upgrade levels more appropriate as sub-weapons for a free player unable to obtain SR+ weapons reliably from the Gacha.

Note that it's recommended to equip the highest Burst-Damage weapon available that matches the player's chosen element. Eventually, even Free-to-Play players will find themselves with an abundance of SR quality weapons. In the long run, limit breaking R quality weapons tends to become a wasted (although very cheap) investment. However, this remains a good choice, or often the only choice for new players when starting out.

Additionally, as non-limit broken SR weapons are inferior to fully limit broken R weapons, free players may wish to consider leaving SR weapons that have no duplicates yet or reliable sources in the inventory unupgraded and channeling all upgrades into limit broken R weapons first. SR weapons from World material Shops, Events and Raids are easier to obtain duplicates of as they do not require Magic Jewels, Premium tickets or Nutaku Gold to reliably obtain.

### Final Break Limit Edit

Final Break Limit, or FBL for short, is a feature available to only certain SSR Weapons. On top on having their max level increased, "Final Break Limited" weapons will also have the following enhancements: Burst effect enhancement, Weapon Skill enhancement (or addition) and Weapon Skill level increase.

All weapons from Draconic Eye Shop can be Final Break Limited as well some of the event and release weapons. Final Break Limit possible weapons will be added throughout future updates as appropriate. When such weapons are added, it will be announced through in-game news or other means.

### Weapon Skill Edit

Each weapon, of R rarity or higher, have a weapon skill and it can be raised up to level 20. There are eleven types:

• Assault - boosts ATK of party members.
• Defender - boosts HP of party members.
• Upgrade - primarily used as fodder to upgrade skill levels of other weapons.
• Pride - increases ATK based on character's current HP.
• Rush - increases the chance of performing a Double Attack.
• Barrage - increases the chance of performing a Triple Attack.
• Stinger - Increases Crit rate of party members (Damage against weak element)
• Exceed - Increases the burst damage of party members.
• Ascension - Increases the healing power of party members.
• Vigor - exclusive to soul weapons. Increases elemental attack.
• Custom - exclusive to soul weapons. Increases HP, similar to defender weapons, but has higher base and multiplier.

These skills will only affect party member that match the weapons elements. The picture shows the Soul with 9 weapon skills active, as do the other Wind characters in the party. The Fire element Kamihime only has 1 active skill however, as there is 1 Fire, and 9 Wind weapons equipped.

Weapon skill level can be increased by Enhancing them with any non-Enhance-Material Weapon of R rarity or above. The higher the Weapon Skill level and the rarity of the weapon used as fodder, the greater the chances will be of increasing the Weapon Skill of the weapon used as base.

To increase the skill level of a R weapon enhance it once with an amount of R weapons equal to half its current skill level

To increase the skill level of a SR weapon enhance it once with an amount of R weapons equal to its current skill level

To increase the skill level of a SSR weapon, enhance it once with an amount of R weapons equal to twice Its current skill level.

R/SR grails, SR weapons and SSR weapons can be used as enhancement instead of R weapons.

Each is worth a different amount of R weapons. Their own skill level can be raised like weapons of the same rarity to increase the amount of R weapons they are worth.

R Weapons are worth 1 R weapon per skill level. SR weapons are worth 3.5 R weapons per skill level. SSR weapons are worth 35 R weapons per skill level. R Grails are worth 2 R weapons per skill level. SR Grails are worth 5 R weapons per skill level

Unlike the Eidolon system equivalent, the existence of Weapon Skills makes non-Enhance-Material Weapons have an important role in the Weapon Skill upgrading of the intended base weapon. This system ignores Weapon Type, though since the EXP Upgrade system above factors in Weapon Type, it may still be preferable to use weapons of similar Type to do both upgrades simultaneously. The base strength of the Weapon Skill (as well as the base difficulty of increasing Weapon Skill) increases with the rarity of the weapon; it is not possible for an SR rarity Weapon Skill to ever reach the strength of an SSR rarity Weapon Skill when both are fully Upgraded.

You can check the current effects on a Soul or Kamihime by going to Edit, then Character. Under the Attack number, there will be a blue tab that says "Skill X", X being a number from 0-20. This number shows the total weapon skills that are active on that character, and clicking shows a summary of which skills and how many of each skill are currently active. This is a very rough summary, it doesn't list the skill level or how much atk/hp it's giving to the character.

The base increase of each skill is shown by the number of pluses in its description (i.e., ATK↑, ATK↑(+) and ATK↑(++)). The table below shows the corresponding values for each of these types for:

In general R weapons have no pluses on their skills (0% base), SR weapons have one plus (3% base) and SSR weapons have two pluses (6% base). The exception to this is for SSR weapon that have multiple skills (e.g., Abu Ru Haul).

The game uses the following formula to calculate the total increase of a Defender/Assault weapon:

$Total Increase ~ = ~ Base Increase ~ + ~ (Skill Level ~ \times ~ Increase Per Skill Level)$

For example, a standard SSR Assault weapon with Skill Level 10 will give 6 + (10 * 0.5) = +11% ATK.

It's worth noting that weapon skills stack with each other, so it's possible to have multiple ATK↑ weapons equipped and all the bonuses will be applied (so long as the element matches). The stats on the character page do not show the increase due to weapon skills, however they will take effect in battle. Changing to a lower rarity weapon of an Element that is more prominent in your team may lower your Soul's stats, but raise the rest of the team.
